Scope of work
We are expanding our advanced Ad Verification solutions and looking for a Senior JavaScript R&D Engineer to join our team.
You will combine hands-on JavaScript/TypeScript development with research and prototyping (PoC) to explore how web technologies, browsers, and client–server communication work behind the scenes.
Your daily work will include:
— Investigating and understanding complex web environments and ad fraud patterns.
— Building proofs of concept (PoCs) to test hypotheses and validate new approaches.
— Working with SQL and large-scale datasets to identify anomalies and behavioral patterns.
— Writing, testing, and deploying production-grade JavaScript code used by millions of users.
Required skills
— 5+ years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
— Strong understanding of web technologies (browser internals, network APIs, client-server flow).
— Experience building and optimizing high-scale systems.
— Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with large datasets.
— Curiosity and strong analytical mindset; passion for exploring “how things work.”
— Bonus: familiarity with Java, Golang, or cybersecurity concepts.
— Fluent English (verbal and written).
Required Skills

At least 5 years of working and administering Linux systems with deep system & networking understanding

At least 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline and build tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory)

Proven programming and scripting experience - e.g. Python, Bash, Go, Groovy

Knowledge in networking and internet technologies - e.g. HTTP servers, DNS, switch/router administration, firewalls, proxies, etc.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a dynamic multi-task environment with context switches

Knowledge of and a passion for configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet
