Dcode's first-ever Hackathon is now over! 🎉
Our aim was to develop an Open-Source tool to ease microservice development and debugging on #Kubernetes 🐙👷🏻♂️
Joining forces on a small process and developing it quickly was quite a unique experience 💫☄️
The brainstorming process was insightful and fun, and everyone had creative and interesting ideas. The chosen solution will be revealed soon. 🕵🏻🔎

Today, we’re happy to announce our first ever #opensource project born from our first ever hackathon!
Dcode has a vision of not yet another consulting company but one actually providing added value to our customers and the community.
We are helping our customers change their dev & ops teams’ day-to-day development process to become more productive.
The tool we are releasing today was missing for #backend developers for a VERY LONG TIME in our point of view. It will be our first of many open source #devtools. 👨💻
We named it #KubeTunnel.
As the name suggests it will tunnel your IDE directly into the #Kubernetes cluster and reduce the complexity of running a whole environment based on docker-compose locally.
We invite everyone to try out KubeTunnel, contribute, open issues, suggest improvements, or create content around it.
